Rhode Island Monthly Review: The Revival Craft Kitchen And Bar

This neighborhood favorite focuses on elegant comfort food, designed to satisfy on a chilly evening."Craft" continues to thrive in the culinary limelight, as both an adjective and noun. The former connotes something artisanal, a small-batch something honed at the hands of a local, mad genius. It's the conceptual engine that drives retail sales and differentiates a new product beer, spirits, cheese from the big box generics. But use it as a noun and "craft" takes on something grand: It goes past the domain of the pragmatic and into the elusive realm of art.

Dine Out: The Revival another hit in Warren dining scene

By Dan Medeiros / The Herald NewsPosted May 18, 2017 at 4:00 AMUpdated May 18, 2017 at 2:43 PM The Revival, a modern American restaurant and whiskey bar, aims more upscale than its neighbor but isn't by any means stuffy. I have yet to try a restaurant in Warren that hasn't blown me away. There seems to be a culture among the town's restaurateurs of using high-quality, fresh ingredients and carefully designed and interesting menus.

Warren Gets Tastier with Revival Craft Kitchen and Bar

By Grace Lentini/ When a new restaurant pops up in the Bay, it's safe to say it opened in Warren. This is true of The Revival Craft Kitchen and Bar, the newest restaurant off of Water Street. Just across the street from The Square Peg and a few blocks from Bywater, The Revival takes over the spot previously occupied by Stella Blues. The atmosphere now? "Unpretentious, inviting, warm and comfortable," says owner Peter Lowdre. "We offer a lot of small plates so people can eat as they feel. Dine in, dine outside, dine at the bar. What works for you works for us."
